Duties:
- able to grade streets and parking lots
- experience

- operate and maintain
- skip loader, blade, water truck, scraper 613, rollers and grade check
- collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating grading equipment preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
