Santa Rosa / North Bay / Marin / Napa Projects We are a growing excavation and sitework company seeking an experienced Superintendent / Foreman to oversee excavation, grading, underground, and concrete prep operations on residential and light commercial projects. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, safety-minded, communicates well, and is simply good to work with — someone who can lead crews, coordinate jobs, and keep projects moving without drama or ego. Responsibilities- Oversee daily excavation, grading, underground, and sitework operations
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, trucking, inspections, and subcontractors
- Read and execute civil plans, elevations, and grading details
- Verify grade, elevations, layout, and dimensions in the field
- Plan ahead for labor, materials, inspections, and job sequencing
- Submit daily job updates, photos, videos, timesheets, and T&M reporting
- Maintain safe, organized, and productive job sites
- Lead crews respectfully while maintaining accountability and quality standards What We're Looking For
- Experience in excavation, grading, underground utilities, or civil/site development
- Able to read plans and confidently execute work in the field
- Comfortable checking grades and elevations using lasers and layout tools
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude with a calm, team-oriented leadership style
- Dependable, ethical, and able to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Ability to think ahead and avoid last-minute scrambling Success Looks Like

- Daily reporting, photos, and documentation get handled consistently
