Integrity Infrastructure is hiring a dependable Equipment Operator to support fiber optic and underground utility construction projects based out of our Calhan, Colorado office. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who takes pride in safe equipment operation, productive field work, and quality restoration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating a skid steer, trencher, tractor, or similar construction equipment; can safely drive a truck; and is comfortable working outdoors in active utility construction environments. CDL experience is a plus.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate skid steer, trencher, tractor, and related construction equipment safely and productively.
Drive a company truck and transport tools, materials, and equipment as assigned.
Support underground utility and fiber construction activities including trenching, excavation support, conduit placement, backfill, compaction, and restoration.
Work around utility locates and existing underground facilities with care and attention to safety.
Assist with jobsite setup, material staging, cleanup, and daily production support.
Complete or support daily equipment inspections, basic maintenance checks, and reporting of equipment concerns.
Follow company safety rules, PPE requirements, traffic-control direction, and field leadership instructions.
Maintain a professional attitude with coworkers, subcontractors, inspectors, and the public.
Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience operating a skid steer, trencher, tractor, or similar construction equipment.
Ability to safely drive a truck and operate in construction/utility environments.
Valid driver license and acceptable driving record for company vehicle use.
Ability to report to 11 5th Street, Calhan, Colorado by 7:00 a.m. Monday-Friday.
Ability to work outdoors in changing weather, terrain, and active construction conditions.
Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical construction tasks as required.
Commitment to safety, property protection, teamwork, and following instructions.
Ability to successfully complete required post-offer drug screen, background check, and driving/MVR review.
