Experience and Requirements:
5+ years' experience operating a 45,000lb excavator or larger Experience with lifting overhead with excavator Experience rigging Willing and able to work overtime Performing laborer work when not operating equipment, to include but not limited to: working on uneven ground and rough terrain and in extreme weather conditions. Maintaining equipment inspections to assure regular maintenance is scheduled or necessary repairs are done Ability to perform basic maintenance to equipment, ex: greasing equipment Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical errors Ability to lift 75lbs repeatedly throughout the workday Must be able to travel out of town up to 75% of the time Must be team oriented, detail oriented, focused, and a great communicator High attention to safety and promote a safe working environment Follow all OSHA, CDOT, and other safety standards Other Experience preferred: OSHA 10 and/or 30-hour course training Certified Machine Operator Class "A" CDL 1st Aid / CPR Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate $34 - $45 per hour 100% employer-paid employee health insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Paid Vacation Time (up to 160 hours) Sick Time (56 hours Annually) Paid Holidays Boot and Prescription Safety Glass Allowance Ongoing professional development and certification support We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other status protected by applicable law.
