Night Shift Location:
Kremmling, CO Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM (12-Hour Shifts)
Pay:
$22.00-$26.00 per hour (DOE) JENNMAR Services is currently hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Kremmling, Colorado . This is a skilled position responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy construction equipment in support of paving, grading, excavation, and aggregate operations. Essential Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, including loaders, backhoes, track hoes, and other construction equipment . Ensure excavations have safe slopes and proper barricading. Locate underground utilities and buried lines before excavation begins. Perform routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance; report major repairs to the supervisor. Follow trenching and shoring safety standards. Maintain accurate time and material records. Understand aggregate sizes, classifications, and material specifications. Verify load weight requirements for materials leaving the pit. Travel between interstate highways, rural roads, and various job sites. Assist labor crews with pipe installation, utility work, road construction, asphalt paving, and other construction tasks as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of full-time experience operating a loader . Experience operating additional heavy equipment is preferred. Ability to safely perform work in a fast-paced construction environment. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. MSHA Certification is preferred; training will be provided for qualified candidates if needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Physical Requirements Frequently bend, twist, climb, and kneel. Lift and carry up to 70 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely perform physical tasks during 12-hour shifts.
