Light Duty Tow Truck Operator

Choice Towing is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Tow Truck Drivers. No prior towing experience? No problem — we're willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do:

Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles (cars, vans, small trucks) Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper techniques (training provided) Follow dispatch instructions, routes, and schedules efficiently Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections before and after shifts Assist stranded motorists with professionalism and care Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members Maintain accurate records of calls, inspections, and services Handle roadside situations calmly and safely in a variety of conditions

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Willingness to learn towing techniques and safety procedures (we will train) Strong work ethic and reliability — showing up and doing the job right matters Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physical ability to lift and perform hands-on work Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed Why Join Choice Towing? Working Conditions:

This is an active, outdoor role that involves operating equipment, assisting customers roadside, and responding to calls in various weather conditions. Some shifts may include evenings, weekends, or emergency calls.
