In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and construction equipment to support building projects, site development, and material transportation. Your expertise will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Plenty of room to grow with the company Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other machinery to perform grading, excavation, lifting, and material handling tasks. Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up work zones using appropriate machinery. Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently while operating equipment in various weather conditions and challenging terrains. Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use efficiently and meet project deadlines. Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution. Skills Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and Caterpillar machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge of construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Valid driver's license Construction site experience with an understanding of safety standards and best practices. Ability to operate farm machinery and other specialized equipment as needed Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively on-site.
