Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience operating heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining high-quality work standards. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. We take pride in investing in our team by providing late-model, well-maintained equipment equipped with the latest technology, including modern GPS machine control and other productivity-enhancing systems. Our goal is to give our operators the tools they need to work safely, efficiently, and successfully. Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, skid steers, rollers, and other construction machinery as assigned. Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and project specifications. Excavate, backfill, grade, load, and move materials as required. Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns. Assist with general labor duties when equipment operation is not required. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a construction, excavation, utility, or similar environment. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required). Knowledge of equipment safety procedures and basic maintenance. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
