This position requires previous experience operating, feeding and maintaining deck type screens/crushers/wash plants. This position will primarily require heavy equipment operations at our production site - large wheel loader operations. Feeding and Maintaining Screen Plants, Conveyor Movement/Set Ups/Maintenance, Loading End Dump and Walking Floor Trailers and Daily Operator Maintenance Requirements and other production related activities. Representative Responsibilities -
All Positions:
- Performs pre-operation and post-operation inspection of the equipment, and ensures operator responsibilities for PM are covered daily.
- Operates equipment including large wheel loader, forklift, site trucks, and other processing equipment, using proper techniques. Other processing equipment includes but is not limited to screeners, grinders, coloring systems, conveyors.
- Includes loading of commercial trucks including end dumps, highsides, side dumps, tandems and other equipmenmt.
- Monitors site materials for quality and contamination.
- Follows all safety policies and procedures.
- Continuously monitors the equipment to ensure proper operation and minimal down time.
- Performs and documents service as determined on equipment.
- Completes Equipment Condition Report and reports any necessary repairs to supervisor and/or Maintenance Shop. Completes other required forms.
- Ensures that equipment is properly cleaned, serviced and stored at the end of each shift.
- Completes daily production reporting
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
