In this role, you will ensure the safe and timely transport of prep products, heavy equipment, and asphalt construction materials to various job sites, returning safely to assigned facilities for subsequent loads.               • Transport heavy equipment and construction materials for asphalt and contracting projects in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
              • Perform safe loading, unloading, and securement of equipment on truck trailers.
              • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to verify safe operating conditions.
              • Maintain accurate driver logs in accordance with DOT / transportation regulations.
              • Perform routine basic maintenance (check tire pressure, inspect oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant, fuel levels) and minor repairs as needed.
              • Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding truck and job status.
              • Provide high-quality customer service during interactions with internal teams and external job-site personnel.
              • Adhere strictly to all company safety, health, and environmental policies across all work environments. What We Are Looking For
              Licenses & Credentials:
              Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), active DOT Physical Card, and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Tanker endorsement preferred.
                Education:
                High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.
                  Experience & Skills:
                  Practical background in heavy equipment transport, contracting, or construction materials haulage. Excellent driving skills and solid directional/navigation abilities.
                    Technical Abilities:
                    Equipment operator experience preferred. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Work Site & Physical Safety Requirements
