In Person - Pawcatuck, CT Job Description Cherenzia Excavation is seeking an experienced and dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our site development team. This position involves operating heavy equipment for excavation, grading, utility installation, and general site work. Equipment Operated Excavators Bulldozers Loaders Skid steers/Backhoe Compaction equipment Crusher Other heavy equipment as needed Qualifications Prior heavy equipment operating experience required Experience with excavation, grading, site development, and utility work preferred Ability to read grade stakes and work to required elevations GPS experience preferred Knowledge of job-site and equipment safety procedures Valid driver's license required CDL Class A or B is a plus OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well with a crew Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Company-paid long-term disability and life insurance Flexible spending account On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement How to Apply Please submit your resume and qualifications or contact
