Equipment Operator - II

Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, horizontal drilling rigs, tankers, and paving machinery to execute construction tasks effectively. Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Assist with site preparation activities including grading, trenching, excavation, and material handling. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members. Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate equipment usage and ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain accurate operation logs and report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly. Support various construction activities on-site by operating specialized machinery as needed. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, or dump trucks within a construction setting. Strong mechanical knowledge of construction machinery and troubleshooting skills. Valid commercial driver's license with experience in commercial driving preferred. Familiarity with Caterpillar (CAT) equipment or similar brands is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with horizontal drilling operations or paving projects is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments for extended periods. Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and construction site protocols.
