This is not just a driving job. This is hands-on construction work. Pay & Benefits $25-29/hour, based on experience Weekly pay Paid time off (PTO) Job Duties Deliver gunite materials to job sites within local range Safely operate CDL truck Operate cement silo Run the Gunite truck for crew to shoot pool Operate front-end loader Assist crew Help with yard organization and equipment upkeep Lift 50+ lbs regularly Climb on and off trucks and equipment Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications Valid CDL (required) Clean driving record Experience in construction preferred Experience in gunite, concrete, or shotcrete strongly preferred Mechanically inclined Ability to operate heavy equipment (front-end loader a plus) Strong work ethic and self-motivated Able to follow safety procedures Dependable and punctual What We're Looking For We need someone who: Doesn't mind getting dirty Can drive AND work Takes pride in doing things the right way Wants steady work and room to grow The right candidate will have long-term opportunity as the operation expands.
