What You'll Do:
As a Finish Dozer Operator , you'll be an essential part of our construction projects, helping ensure that grading and leveling are done to perfection. You'll operate state-of-the-art equipment, work alongside a dedicated team, and have a direct impact on the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Equipment with
Precision:
Use finish dozers and skid steers with GPS to complete grading and leveling according to project specifications.
Prioritize Safety:
Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
Maintain Equipment:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Achieve Accurate Grading:
Ensure that grading and leveling are performed accurately, following blueprints and project requirements. Collaborate with the
Team:
Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to meet deadlines and project goals.
Communicate Clearly:
Keep open lines of communication with your team, updating them on progress, challenges, and equipment needs.
Problem-Solve:
Tackle any challenges that arise in the grading process with effective solutions.
Document Your Work:

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment, including dozers with GPS and skid steers. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening. Strong communication skills to work effectively with your team and supervisors. Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites. Ability to perform physical labor and remain active throughout the workday. Strong time management skills to stay organized and meet deadlines.
