Laser Grader Operator Join Our Team - Build Premier Sports Facilities Mor Sports Group is seeking an experienced Laser Grader Operator to join our growing construction team. We specialize in the construction of high-quality athletic facilities, including sports fields, courts, and recreational spaces. If you take pride in producing precise, finish-grade work and enjoy working with a professional, safety-focused team, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate laser grading equipment to achieve precise elevations and final base grades. Prepare and fine-grade aggregate bases for sports courts, athletic fields, and related construction projects. Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and laser control systems. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance. Work closely with project managers and crew members to ensure projects meet quality standards and schedules. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Travel to project sites as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience operating laser grading equipment or similar GPS/laser-controlled grading systems. Experience preparing base work for sports courts, athletic fields, roadways, or commercial site development preferred. Ability to read construction drawings and understand elevations and grading requirements. Experience operating skid steers, compact track loaders, graders, or similar heavy equipment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Willingness to travel and work overtime when project schedules require.
