This position is in our plant operating a Lull also know as a jobsite forklift, shooting boom forklift, and or telehandler. This job is Thursday to Sunday 6.00am to 4.30pm. No tobacco products of any kind, alcohol, drugs, nor firearms allowed anywhere on the property. Jobsite Heavy Forklift Operator experience required. We are a drug free workplace and perform preemployment drug testing. The ideal framer jobsite forklift operator will have a experience operating a forklift on jobsites with wide loads. The plant is located in Groveland, FL. Responsibilities of the jobsite forklift operator are to unload, verify load is complete, transport, stage, and load tractor trailers with steel beams. understand and execute work instructions and follow proper forklift procedures. Move material to and from the work area. Move welding equipment to material when necessary. Position component parts on a table held by a fixture, jib, forklift, overhead crane, or manually. Expected to assist with other shop functions as requested, such as cleaning and coating assemblies, operating an overhead crane, moving stock by various means. Ability to and operating a truck with a clean insurable commercial driver license, is a big plus and would get an additional $1.00 per hour.
