Responsibilities include:
Operating a skid steer on residential construction sites Driving a small dump truck while towing a skid steer trailer Removing formwork and backfilling around newly constructed pool shells Shuttling and hauling dirt during pool excavation projects Cleaning and maintaining organized job sites Performing grading and other site preparation tasks throughout the pool construction process Assisting with general labor duties as needed This position involves a significant amount of manual labor and is not strictly a machine operator role. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and be willing to assist wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently.
Requirements:
Previous skid steer operating experience Ability to safely tow and operate equipment trailers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions Competitive pay based on experience plus production bonus.
