Thorne Site Developoment Inc. is seeking an experienced self-motivated Finish Grader Operator. The Finish Grader/Crew Leader is pivotal in overseeing our projects from start to finsih.

Must be an

EXPERIENCED

Finish Grader Supervise/direct crew members in proper techniques and practices required to complete work safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Excellent communication skills. Be capable of following directions from management on job completion. As well as communicating the objectives to our crew. Read and interpret plans/specifications to complete work in accordance with requirements. Be able to measure using various methods such as string line, measuring tape, or laser level. Inspect equipment prior to use and at the end of shift. Ability to accept responsiblity Phsically able to perform duties

Requirements:

Proven Expierence as a heavy equipment operator Minimum 3-5 years of expierence with a solid working knowledge of excavation Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
