Temporary / Disaster Response Deployment Position Overview Critical Response Strategies (CRS) is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to support hurricane relief and logistics operations throughout the Florida Panhandle. Positions include Certified Telehandler Operators and General Labor/Food Distribution Support. Key Responsibilities Operate telehandlers to load, unload, and transport relief supplies (certification required). Assist with food, water, and essential supply distribution. Load, unload, organize, and move pallets, equipment, and supplies. Support general labor and logistics operations at disaster relief distribution sites. Requirements Valid Telehandler Certification

REQUIRED

for Telehandler Operators. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving supplies. Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Willingness to work in austere post-disaster environments with potentially limited power, utilities, and amenities. Ability to deploy on short notice and adapt to changing operational needs.
