Job Description
Company Overview Griffin Traffic Signals is a dedicated traffic signal contractor specializing in the installation and maintenance of traffic control systems. Our commitment to safety and efficiency ensures that our projects enhance road safety and improve traffic flow. Summary We are seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team at Griffin Traffic Signals. Willing to do other tasks as well like hand digging where needed. Responsibilities Operates mini excavators around utilities. Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all equipment used on-site. Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively. Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery. Assist in building and installing traffic signal systems as needed. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy equipment mainly mini excavators Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Has a VALID Driver's License with NO alcohol or drug violations within the last 5 years. Is able to PASS a pre-employment drug test
