Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! EMR is seeking a motivated Equipment Operator to join our Pensacola team. In this role, you will operate a material handler or excavator to move metal throughout the yard, keeping operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives working independently while contributing to a safe, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklift/bobcat and/or excavator to move metal and other materials Complete daily equipment reports Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections Follow all safety and operational protocols Assist with other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to complete manual labor when required and ability to learn other aspects of the job Strong time management skills and ability to multitask under pressure Ability to pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screening

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or GED Previous experience operating a material handler or excavator is a plus

Scheduling:

This role is typically scheduled M-F 7AM-5PM and rotates Saturdays 7:30AM-12Pm; schedule is subject to change based on business needs but is Full Time, year round! Why EMR USA?
