The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Bobcat machinery and other heavy equipment grading various construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project completion. A valid Drivers License is required in order to move machinery with company truck and trailer. Responsibilities Operate Bobcat machinery efficiently and safely on construction sites. Perform final grades, stucco cuts, driveway cuts and various other grading operations Use a laser to verify grade Perform loader operation, including loading and unloading materials. Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to execute construction tasks Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Experience Proven experience in operating Bobcat machinery or similar heavy equipment Experience with grading lots to city specifications Familiarity with loader operation, grader operation, bulldoze functions, and commercial driving is a plus. Previous experience in construction environments is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with basic repairs and maintenance tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
