In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty bulldozers to move earth, grade surfaces, and prepare construction sites for various projects. Your expertise will help ensure efficient site progress, safety, and precision in earthmoving tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and contribute to large-scale infrastructure developments. Responsibilities Operate bulldozers (Dozer) to excavate, level, and push materials across construction sites with precision and safety. Coordinate with project managers and other heavy equipment operators to execute site plans effectively. Conduct routine inspections of equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, and Caterpillar machinery to ensure optimal performance. Assist with the setup of construction zones by moving materials and clearing debris using heavy machinery like loaders and graders. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment by performing regular maintenance checks on equipment. Support other construction activities including horizontal drilling, paving, and tanker operations as needed. Document operational activities and report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly. Experience Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, and horizontal drilling machinery in a construction setting. Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is highly desirable. Valid commercial driver's license with experience driving large vehicles such as dump trucks and water trucks. Demonstrated ability to work safely on construction sites while adhering to all safety regulations. Prior experience working with Caterpillar equipment or similar brands is a plus. Familiarity with construction processes including paving, grading, excavation, and tanker operations enhances your suitability for this role. Strong understanding of site safety protocols and the ability to operate multiple types of heavy machinery confidently.
