In this vital role, you will be responsible for assisting with loading and unloading trailers and feed car rails with accuracy and safety, ensuring timely delivery and inventory integrity. We are a drug free workplace. Responsibilities Safely load and unload trailers and feed rails using appropriate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks or telehandlers. Operate material handling equipment in accordance with safety protocols to move products efficiently. Assist with order processing to ensure correct items are loaded or unloaded according to shipping and receiving schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency during all activities. Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies to prevent accidents during manual handling, heavy lifting, or equipment operation. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely loading/unloading of materials while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience with Feed Mill distribution or rail car & trailer operations is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, or telehandlers safely and efficiently. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures including load & unload processes. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices related to materials handling and heavy equipment operation.

Starting Pay:

$ 18.00/hour plus time and half after 40 hours.

Starting Time:

7 am to start but may adjust as needed.
