Locally owned and operated for over 70 years, we offer competitive pay, strong benefits, and long-term growth opportunities. Our projects include site development, underground utilities, roadway construction, and public infrastructure work throughout the Tampa Bay area. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a CDL Heavy Transport Operator to support our team in the Brandon/Riverview area. Key Responsibilities Safely transport and move asphalt equipment including pavers, rollers, brooms, tack tractors, skid steers to and from job sites. Load and unload equipment efficiently and securely. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues. Coordinate equipment movement to support daily asphalt operations. Willingness to work Monday through Saturday as required. Assist with asphalt paving operations, including setup, material handling, raking, shoveling, and supporting the paving crew during daily production. Help place, spread, and level asphalt under the direction of the foreman and paving crew. Schedule Monday - Saturday Pay Competitive pay, commensurate with experience. Valid Class A CDL required. Minimum 3 years of experience hauling heavy equipment preferred. Ability to safely load and unload construction equipment. Prior experience in asphalt paving or road construction strongly preferred. Physically able to perform demanding labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in hot conditions. Knowledge of basic construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed, including Saturdays.
