We currently have enough work to keep a two-person crew busy full time, provided projects are completed efficiently and with consistent quality. The Work Operate excavators, skid steers, and other earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently. Clear wooded lots, grub roots and stumps, and manage debris removal. Perform excavation, fill placement, compaction, rough grading, and finish grading. Reliable attendance and transportation to local jobsites. Safe equipment operation and awareness of existing utilities. Attention to grades, drainage flow, compaction, and finished workmanship. Willingness to perform hands-on labor as part of a small crew. Accountability, clear communication, and respect for customers and coworkers.
