Job Description Reeves Construction Company is currently seeking an individual for the position of Off Road Dump Truck Driver / Roller Operator (Grade Crew) based out of St. Augustine, FL. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence Essential Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to Reeves Company safety programs to ensure a safe work environment The ability to operate a steel wheel roller or rubber-tired roller Have an accurate and working knowledge of a roller Be able to oil, grease and fueling of roller Operate roller at a good speed to maximum first compaction Make sure asphalt/dirt/materials is rolled to specifications of roller pattern Willingness and ability to keep roller maintained and clean Willingness to work nights and weekends Operate equipment in a safe and consistent manner Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must have one or more years experience working in and around construction equipment Must provide own transportation to and from work Experience operating off road dump truck and roller Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic Mechanical aptitude. Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
