Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for commercial site construction projects. This role requires operating equipment such as excavators, loaders, and dozers, while also helping with some foreman responsibilities on the job site.
Responsibilities include:
Operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently Reading plans and grading to spec Using a laser level Performing underground utility, storm drainage, grading, and other site work Supporting crew coordination and daily foreman-type responsibilities Maintaining strong attention to detail on all work
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial site construction Experience operating excavators, loaders, and dozers Ability to read plans Ability to use a laser level Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work a 40-hour week
Preferred:
CDL Finish grading experience
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
