What You'll Do:

Operate various types of heavy equipment to accomplish the required tasks in a safe, environmentally sound, and fiscally responsible manner Operate one of many types of heavy equipment including but not limited to wheeled bulldozers, front-end loaders, haul trucks, and water wagons Responsible for housekeeping, environmental compliance, reporting any problems that are observed, training new or transferred employees, and assisting other mining personnel/groups as required by management

What You'll Bring:

Verifiable Heavy equipment experience running a bulldozer, haul truck, and front-end loader as well as a field test. Valid Driver's license for operating company vehicles Steady employment history High School diploma or GED preferred. Testing Requirements for Hourly Applicants All hourly applicants must complete the Florida Ready to Work or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) assessment. A minimum score of 3 in Math, 3 in Reading, and 3 in Data is required to be considered eligible for employment with Nutrien. Applicants must also complete the Florida Ready to Work Soft Skills Assessment and achieve a " Passed " status. Both certificates (Florida Ready to Work or NCRC and Soft Skills) must be uploaded along with your resume when submitting your application.
