Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. We specialize in airfield lighting, NAV-AID systems, and international tower builds. Key Responsibilities Precision Operation:
 Safely operate excavators, skid steers, and telehandlers in airport environments.
Utility Support:
 Assist in trenching and backfilling for airfield lighting, duct banks, and specialized electrical infrastructure.
Safety Leadership:
 Adhere to strict FAA and site-specific safety protocols. You will be expected to maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
Equipment Maintenance:
 Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance to ensure machinery stays in top working order.
Team Collaboration:
 Work closely with our electrical crews to ensure conduit and utility lines are installed to exact specifications.
Qualifications Experience:
 Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment (Excavators and Skid Steers are a must).
Technical Skill:
 Experience with utility-grade trenching or specialized boring is a major plus.
Reliability:
 Must be able to pass background checks for airport security badging.

 Willingness to work varied shifts as required by airport flight schedules (including night work when necessary).
Certifications:
 Valid driver's license required. CDL or specialized Operator Qualifications (OQ) are given first priority. Why Join Us?
