• 300 per day based on experience, operating ability, and jobsite value Home every night — local North Georgia work, Monday-Friday New, cared-for equipment — we protect our machines and expect you to Room to grow — we're expanding, and proven operators move up in pay and responsibility Optional storm work — emergency response travel when severe weather hits, with longer days and bigger earning opportunities for those who want it What You'll Do Operate skid steers and mini excavators on tree removal, land clearing, grading, drainage, and site prep jobs Haul equipment between job sites — dump truck and daycab with lowboy trailer Load, secure, chain down, and transport machines properly Perform daily inspections, grease, fluid checks, and report repair needs early Help position machines, plan job flow, and keep production moving Jump in on ground work when the job calls for it — shoveling, raking, cleanup, material handling, pipe work Communicate clearly with the crew, customers, and management Work safely around utilities, structures, slopes, traffic, and tight residential spaces What You Need Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR Proven skid steer and excavator operating experience Experience loading, securing, and hauling equipment with truck and trailer Working knowledge of grading, drainage, excavation, and site prep Willingness to do manual labor — this is an operator role, not an operator-only role Ownership mentality: we finish jobs right the first time and stay until they're done Dependable, safety-minded, and professional with customers Pay $200•300 per day — roughly $52,000•78,000 per year .
