Hourly pay based on experience with benefits!
Role and Duties Transport Machinery:
Move bulldozers, excavators, cranes, and backhoes to and from job sites and to the yard for maintenance and repairs.
Load and Secure:
Maneuver heavy equipment onto the lowboy or RGN (Removable Gooseneck) trailer and tie it down using chains and binders per DOT rules.
Inspect Equipment:
Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety checks on the truck, trailer, and tie-down hardware. Comply with
Regulations:
Follow federal and state weight limits, permitting rules, and hours-of-service guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications License:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Experience:
Generally 3 to 5 years of commercial driving experience, specifically hauling heavy or oversized loads.
Skills:
Strong spatial awareness, knowledge of cargo securement, and sometimes dual capability as a heavy equipment operator.
Record:
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and ability to pass DOT drug and background screenings. Apply today!
