Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Skid Steer / CTL Operator to join our civil construction crew. The ideal candidate has strong experience in grading, dirt moving, material handling, and working safely around ground crews and utilities.
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate skid steers/track loaders on active civil construction sites. Perform rough and fine grading, excavation, backfilling, and material spreading. Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance (greasing, checking fluids). Work closely with ground crews, laborers, and superintendents to keep the site on schedule.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience operating skid steers/loaders in civil construction or earthwork. Ability to read stakes and follow grade instructions. Strong focus on safety; experience working around open trenches and existing underground utilities. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
