WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Run dozers and excavators on commercial job sites Build pads for condos, strip malls, and mixed-use developments Perform grading, earthmoving, and compaction work Load trucks and move material efficiently Use skid steers when needed for cleanup and site work Follow grade plans and GPS systems to hit specs

WHAT YOU NEED

Experience operating dozers and excavators GPS experience (Trimble or Topcon preferred) Strong grading and pad-building experience Ability to produce clean, quality work Reliable and safety-focused

BONUS SKILLS

Experience loading trucks efficiently Leadership experience Civil construction or earthmoving experience

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glenwood, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
