Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Operator to join our construction team! As an Operator, you will be at the forefront of heavy equipment operation, ensuring that construction projects progress smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your expertise in operating machinery such as excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and water trucks will be vital to delivering high-quality results on time. Duties Operate a variety of heavy construction machinery including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, backhoes, and water trucks to perform excavation, grading, paving, and utility installation tasks Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to equipment safety procedures Assist with construction utility work such as utility locating and installation to support infrastructure projects Follow federal construction safety regulations and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all team members Support construction site activities by performing excavation tasks and site grading with precision and efficiency Coordinate with team members to execute construction plans accurately while adhering to project timelines Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and safety checks Skills Proven experience in heavy equipment operation including excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, backhoes, and water trucks Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and performing basic repairs on construction machinery Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures to ensure compliance at all times Skilled in commercial truck driving with experience operating Caterpillar machinery preferred Ability to perform construction grading, excavation, paving, and utility work confidently on various sites Familiarity with construction site experience and utility locating techniques Excellent understanding of construction safety regulations and heavy equipment operation standards Join our team as an Operator and become a vital part of building the future! Pay:
$25.32 - $30.49 per hour
