Job Description

Heavy Equipment Operator - Immediate Openings Showalter Construction is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in excavation and earthwork projects. We are a family-owned company that has prioritized safety and employee satisfaction since 1979.
What You'll Do:
Operate heavy equipment such as front loaders, scrapers, dozers, graders, and compactors Perform daily safety and maintenance inspections Follow instructions from your foreman and work effectively with your crew Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly Work outdoors in all weather conditions
What We're Looking For:
Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and handle physically demanding tasks Reliable transportation to and from job sites Mechanical skills and comfort using hand tools for minor maintenance Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug test
