Job Description
Overview We are looking for a reliable and self-sufficient Equipment Operator to join our team. This role involves operating a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators and skid steers, on a wide range of projects. If you enjoy working outdoors, can work independently and with others, and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and skids steers Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety standards are met and maintenance needs are identified Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and team members Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily operations Maintain logs of equipment usage Required Skills and Qualifications Valid State of Idaho drivers license Strong work ethic, flexible, and reliable Ability to handle long hours of operation in various weather conditions Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience operating heavy equipment Valid commercial driver's license with experience driving heavy-duty vehicles including dump trucks Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues and perform basic maintenance on equipment Potential raise after 90 days full time Retirement match up to 3% Triple B Excavation is an EO employer, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
