Job Description
Changing Seasons Lawn & Landscape, Inc. is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. We are seeking a dependable, skilled operator with hands-on experience operating skid steers and mini excavators . This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, operates equipment safely and efficiently, and can work independently as part of a team. Responsibilities Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and other landscaping/construction equipment Perform grading, excavation, material handling, trenching, and related site work Safely load, transport, and place materials Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow job specifications and company safety procedures Assist with general landscape and hardscape projects as needed Requirements Previous experience operating skid steers and mini excavators is required Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and move materials as needed CDL is preferred but not required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM with possible overtime hours Pay $25-$30 per hour , depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
