Job Description
Position:
Equipment Operator (skid steer)- Full Time (Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed)
- Starting pay is $32 per hour
- $48/hour for overtime (after 40 hours)
- Year-round work

Job Overview:
Efficiently and safely operating the following equipment:- Skid steer (Kubota) Follow safety protocols (ex: PPE, signs, procedures & policies) Equipment is used to process & recycle railroad ties
Qualifications:
- Candidates with an equivalent certificate of high school education
- Ability to understand and carry out multi-step directions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift & carry materials up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Experience operating machinery
- Ability to speak and understand
English Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and understand both Spanish
