Job Duties Operate a yard goat within the yard facility Move containers in and out of dock doors Stage trailers and containers throughout the yard Coordinate trailer movements to support warehouse and shipping operations Conduct pre- and post-trip equipment inspections Follow all yard safety procedures and traffic regulations Driving Requirements Minimum 1 year of yard hostler/yard jockey experience required Experience operating a yard goat required Ability to perform blindside backing safely and efficiently No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years) No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) plan and more Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Holiday Pay is provided for eligible Drivers Weekly Pay Staffmark Perkspot - discounts on almost anything you want to buy The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
