In this part-time, on-call role, you will operate heavy equipment and work with a site foreman to clear snow safely and efficiently. Availability is required around the clock during snow events, with frequent early morning call-ins, typically around 2 a.m. Shifts generally last 68 hours and may extend to 15 or more hours depending on weather conditions. Responsibilities Operate skid steers, backhoes, wheel loaders, and agricultural tractors equipped with large containment pushers to remove snow from parking lots. Complete timely, effective snow removal while following company safety and service standards. Coordinate with the site foreman to support organized, efficient snow removal efforts. Arrive prepared with appropriate clothing for wet, cold, and windy conditions. Maintain a professional, nonsmoking work environment; smokeless tobacco is permitted. Qualifications At least 1 year of snow plowing experience. At least 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience. Valid driver's license. Availability for on-call work during snow events, including early mornings and extended shifts. Compensation $35$40 per hour , depending on experience.
