Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Tugger Operator in charge of towing and emptying trash and cardboard carts as they fill through the shift.
Pay:
$20.00-$20.50 hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required and on the job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • Operate industrial lift and/or tugger to assist in loading or moving materials for yardage
  • Bale cardboard, run a trash compactor, and operate a tow tractor in order to keep production running smoothly
  • Use computer, reads work order, or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved
  • Load materials and/or buggies into trailers and/or trucks
  • Install strapping or chains to prevent shifting or damage while in transit
  • Print necessary labels and manifests
  • Transports buggies from work sites to designated area
  • Load and unloads full or empty buggies
  • Use the computer to keep a current list of available buggies
  • Perform janitorial duties such as emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms, and scrubbing floors
