The MRF Operator is responsible for the safe operation of the heavy equipment at the facility. Reports ToSite SupervisorPerform daily pre and post trip inspection of the equipment per company standards to ensure fluid levels are at proper levels and safety devises are functioning properlyContinuously monitor the performance of the equipment and report any repairs needed to the maintenance departmentFollow all safety policies and proceduresKeep machine and cab cleanMonitor materials coming in and report all unacceptable waste to managementMaximize truck load weights per DOT regulationsPerform other job duties as assignedNone requiredMust be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, traffic signs, signals, and safety training.

Physical Demands / Environmental FactorsEquipment operator position requires the operation of equipment with open and closed cabs.

Required to work indoors and outdoors and will be exposed to weather extremes and dusty conditions.

Required to work within close proximity to customers and will be exposed to busy traffic patterns.
