Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate front-end loaders to safely move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials. Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly. Maintain consistent material flow to support quarry production and customer needs. Monitor work areas for safety hazards and follow all site safety procedures. Keep work areas, haul roads, and stockpile locations clean and organized. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate heavy mobile equipment. Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform equipment inspections and identify issues. Dependable team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
