Full Job Description Heavy Equipment Operator Location:

We're looking for skilled, safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operators to join our Residential Foundations Division. What You'll Do As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll play a critical role in preparing and shaping residential job sites.

Your responsibilities include:

Operating a variety of equipment such as dozers, mini-excavators, and skid steers . Managing dirt, gravel, and other materials to ensure precise grading and elevation. Reading and interpreting site plans and performing minor layout tasks. Communicating progress and challenges with your supervisor throughout the project. Maintaining a clean, safe job site and adhering to all safety protocols. Essential Skills & Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment. Ability to hold grade and establish elevation accurately. Basic understanding of general construction practices and dirt management. Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for job-related tasks. Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow. Physically able to climb in and out of excavations (6-10 feet deep) and work in muddy conditions.
