Equipment Operator / Utility Installer (Excavation Focus) Utility Construction Crew - Hiring Immediately We are hiring an experienced excavator operator for underground utility installation work. This is a production trenching role, not light equipment or general site work. What You'll Do Operate excavators daily to dig utility trenches (water, sewer, storm) Assist with utility installation in trenches when needed Maintain line, grade, and depth accuracy Work safely around existing utilities and active crews Required Experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE) You must be highly experienced operating: Excavators (primary machine) Mini excavators Backhoes Skid steers / loaders We are specifically looking for operators with real excavation or utility trenching experience , not occasional equipment use.
