Hebron, KY Pay Rate:

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License required Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate required as applicable Experience Requirements Valid Class A CDL with a safe driving record Experience operating 53-foot dry van trailers and performing trailer spotting preferred Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service requirements and vehicle safety procedures Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation Previous local Class A CDL driving experience preferred Strong communication skills, time management and commitment to customer service Comfortable working in a fast-paced yard environment with occasional schedule flexibility Physical Capabilities Ability to sit for extended periods while safely operating a commercial vehicle Ability to enter and exit the tractor and trailer multiple times throughout the workday Ability to perform DOT-required vehicle inspections and work safely in changing weather conditions No freight unloading required for this role Job Duties Move loaded and empty 53-foot dry van trailers between dock doors, yard locations and nearby warehouse facilities Coordinate trailer swaps with relay drivers at designated locations Perform trailer spotting, yard movements and shuttle operations in a no-touch freight capacity Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate documentation Communicate professionally with dispatch and yard personnel to keep operations running smoothly Maintain a strong safety mindset and reliable, professional driving record If you are a dependable Class A CDL driver looking for local, no-touch freight work, we would love to hear from you.
