As a Yard Switcher, you will safely operate yard equipment to move trailers and materials throughout the facility while supporting shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of tractor-trailer trucking experience Valid CDL in good standing that meets state and federal requirements Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety, productivity, and attendance standards What You'll Do as a

Yard Switcher:

Operate powered industrial equipment, including a yard dog or day cab Move trailers and equipment throughout the facility yard Load, secure, and unload cargo as needed Maintain communication with site personnel regarding pickup instructions and schedule changes Assist team members with loading tires as required by customer needs Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time Learn new processes and responsibilities within a reasonable timeframe Maintain attendance standards in accordance with company policy Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with team members Perform additional duties as assigned MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
