General Laborer/Heavy Equipment Operator

Overview Liter's Inc. is currently seeking several skilled and dedicated Heavy Machinery Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating various types of heavy machinery, including loaders, bulldozers, haul trucks, and dump trucks. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of materials in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as front loaders, bulldozers, tractors, haul trucks, excavators, skid steer, etc. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Safely maneuver equipment in tight spaces and around other personnel. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate machinery operations. Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with training new operators on equipment operation as needed. Requirements Proven experience in loader/heavy equipment operation or similar heavy machinery roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with various types of heavy machinery including Caterpillar models, Komatsu models, John Deer models, dump trucks, and water trucks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
