Experienced Equipment Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a wide range of heavy machinery and construction equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and precise completion of projects. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other machinery to perform site grading, excavation, lifting, and material transport tasks Manage various trucks including front loader trucks, dump trucks, & skid steer equipment to facilitate material delivery and removal Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety standards are met; perform basic maintenance or report issues promptly Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction sites by moving materials and preparing the work area efficiently Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members Collaborate with project managers and crew members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance logs, and operational reports Experience Proven experience operating construction equipment on commercial or industrial sites with a strong understanding of construction processes Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery such as Caterpillar, Takeuchi, & Bobcat equipment and other major brands Valid commercial driver's license with experience driving various trucks including dump trucks, track loaders, tractors, dozer, & backhoe Hands-on experience with Topcon GPS Equipment is highly desirable Familiarity with site safety regulations and ability to adhere strictly to OSHA standards Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions CDL License is not required but highly desirable Join us as an Experienced Equipment Operator if you're passionate about building projects from the ground up! Pay:

$24.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
